Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our Banking and Financial Services industry sector. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth in Australia through business transformation, data analytics, AI, and outsourcing (BPO).

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute the banking and financial services growth strategy and action plans to acquire new clients and expand our service offerings.
  2. Meet or exceed annual revenue, ACV (annual contract value), and TCV (total contract value) targets by developing new opportunities and driving successful closures.
  3. Build deep relationships with key corporate clients, understand their pain points, and provide tailored solutions that add significant value.
  4. Identify and create leads through industry forums, conferences, seminars, cold calling, and networking to maintain a strong business pipeline.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape innovative solutions and lead responses to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.

Requirements
  1. Extensive banking & financial services experience, including strong industry expertise, relationships, and market trends.
  2. Sales expertise in Business Professional Services, BPO, ITO, Data & Analytics, and AI sales.
  3. Innovative deal structuring skills, leveraging offshore, onshore, and hybrid delivery models.
  4. Strategic leadership ability, including developing and executing client-level sales strategies and leading industry pursuits.
  5. Client-centric mindset, comfortable navigating complex organizations, managing high-level negotiations, and driving results in a dynamic environment.

  1. Highly collaborative & entrepreneurial spirit, with strong business acumen and leadership ability.
  2. Exceptional communication & relationship building skills, with proven ability to foster long-term client partnerships.
