Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Optical Retail Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail arm. This key role is responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, while delivering exceptional customer experiences through collaboration with our Optometrists.

The ideal candidate will possess effective coaching skills, enabling them to guide our store team members in providing superior customer service and selling techniques.

With a strong background in retail management, preferably in the optical industry, you will be able to think strategically, make informed decisions, and drive business growth while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or higher retail management position
  • Demonstrated experience working with budgets and scheduling staff in compliance with local labor laws
