Job Description
The role of Transaction Banking Specialist is all about driving profitable, sustainable growth of Transaction Banking products in Commercial. As a key player, you'll be responsible for leading and collaborating in working capital solutions for new to bank and existing customers within Commercial. You'll provide ongoing quality service to identified account managed customers and serve as a subject matter expert for payments and cash management products to offer suitable solutions to different customers. To succeed in this role, you'll need to deliver and maintain high standards across all processes within Transaction Banking, ensuring excellent customer service. Your day will be filled with exciting challenges, from driving customer centric outcomes for NTB and existing customers to supporting their migration to digital channels and providing cyber security education. You'll also focus on maintaining a strong portfolio by undertaking regular Transaction Banking Reviews and Working Capital Analysis packs to drive portfolio growth objectives, extending excellent customer experience to account managed customers, strengthening the value of the customer relationship by educating them on how to use Transaction Banking better, engaging and providing high-quality information to central support teams, raising the Transaction Banking brand and profile through collaboration and customer engagement, and identifying risk issues within processes and determining remediation requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To grow and be successful in this role, you'll ideally bring transaction banking product knowledge (both Commercial and Institutional) commensurate with expectations of job grade, a financial background with a strong understanding of the Payments Industry, sales and networking experience with relationship building skills and the ability to manage clients, solid negotiating and influencing skills, strong presentation skills, a genuine desire to contribute to the team while developing Transaction Banking experience, the ability to use initiative and work autonomously in ensuring deadlines are met, well-developed verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated computer literacy, and the ability to read and interpret financial data.
