ACC Singleton, located in the beautiful Hunter Valley region of New South Wales, offers programs from Prep to Year 12. The college has experienced significant growth in student numbers and improvement in learning results, with a new 18-classroom building set to accommodate the growing student body.
The RoleWe are seeking a qualified primary teacher who is enthusiastic, has excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to Christian schooling. The successful candidate will join a highly competent and supportive primary teaching team, contributing to school improvement initiatives as the student enrolment grows from 350 to 650 students over the next five years.
Key Responsibilities- Improve student learning and wellbeing outcomes through effective teaching practices.
- Demonstrate excellent teaching as described by the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
- Receive feedback on teaching and implement changes to enhance student outcomes.
- Effectively plan, collect, and analyse educational data to devise strategies and interventions for improved student outcomes.
- Hold an active Christian faith, suitable tertiary qualifications, and NESA accreditation (or be eligible).
- Hold a current Employee Working with Children Check.
