Marketing Specialist Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives that align with our business objectives. Your expertise in market analysis and campaign execution will help us increase customer engagement and drive revenue growth.

Our ideal candidate has a degree in marketing or a related field and at least 2-3 years' experience in marketing. They possess strong analytical, organisational and creative thinking skills, as well as the ability to lead and coordinate team members.

The Marketing Specialist role requires:

  • Analysing consumer patterns and preferences using available data
  • Advising executives and clients on advertising strategies and campaigns
  • Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion metrics
  • Collaborating with sales to support lead generation and nurture campaigns
  • Planning and implementing new tools or platforms to improve marketing efficiency
  • Designing and implementing effective market strategies that align with business objectives and drive customer engagement
  • Conducting in-depth market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
  • Supporting business growth through targeted lead generation
  • Conducting performance analysis and preparing marketing reports using campaign data, web analytics, and audience insights

Key Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

  • A professional qualification at degree level in marketing, communications, business or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years' related work experience in marketing
  • Experience in strategic and performance management
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage, lead and coordinate team members
  • Strong analytical, organisational and creative thinking skills
