Job Overview

As a Software Packaging Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering key packaging services to one of our largest customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain software packages from discovery through to deployment support
  • Create and manage package configurations based on BAU tickets and project requirements
  • Participate in project planning sessions and collaborate with team members to ensure successful delivery
  • Prepare detailed documentation for operational staff to facilitate knowledge sharing and consistency
  • Analyse and resolve packaging issues to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Utilize enterprise-grade tools and frameworks to deliver high-quality services and outcomes to our customers
  • Provide exceptional customer satisfaction through timely, professional, and attentive responses
Team Collaboration
  • Work collaboratively as part of a cohesive team, demonstrating ambassadorial behavior that reflects company values
  • Build effective working relationships with team members to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Consult directly with team members, clients, or third parties to obtain necessary information or decisions
  • Take ownership of identified issues and communicate effectively to suggest resolution efforts
  • Perform work outside regular hours when required for project and/or support engagements
Project Execution
  • Commit to delivering projects with exceptional quality, adhering to Datacom's delivery methodologies
  • Ensure project design principles result in service improvements, efficiency gains, and cost savings for customers post-implementation
  • Deliver projects successfully, responding promptly and effectively within scheduled timelines and budget estimates
  • Complete assigned project activities unsupervised or under the guidance of the Project Manager if assigned
