Senior Sustainability Leader

Drive our organization's sustainability efforts and lead the way in customer engagement, sales enablement, communications, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will have deep experience in sustainability, ESG, or a related field, as well as expertise in customer engagement, sales enablement, communications, or marketing. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement portfolio for the Sustainability team, aligning communications and disclosures to customer expectations.
  • Lead program management of the annual sustainability report end-to-end, recommending ways to transform sustainability reporting to meet our audiences where they are.
  • Translate organizational sustainability programs, progress, and compliance readiness into customer-ready materials, providing white-glove support for key customer engagements.
  • Manage the customer sustainability requests program, providing regular updates and trend analysis, developing stories about how customers and teams are using products to advance environmental and social progress.
  • Drive strategy, programming, and narratives for sustainability efforts at key customer conferences, leading ESG rater and ranker programs, including updates, trend analysis, and investor engagement initiatives.
  • Recommend and implement improvements across customer and rater engagement programs to meet evolving expectations, quantifying the impact of organizational Sustainability program based on sales, investment, and other business activities.
  • Drive internal engagement efforts, including Sales enablement and awareness resources, contributing to policy advocacy and external events efforts, benchmarking and analyzing corporate sustainability reporting and practices.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Communications, and Investor Relations teams.
