About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Officer to join our Contestable Design team at Essential Energy. This role will be responsible for providing high-level technical advice to external clients, their consultants, project managers, and Level 3 Accredited Service Providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing Design Information packs for Contestable Work projects
  • Assessing and certifying Design submissions to ensure compliance with Essential Energy's network standards
  • Providing technical advice on design and connection matters to Construction Inspectors and other officers
Requirements
  • Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering with electives in Heavy Power, related to the Electricity Supply Industry
  • WorkCover NSW Construction Induction Certificate
  • Current Driver's Licence
