Operational Facility Specialist

The opportunity has arisen for a goal-orientated facility specialist to join the team. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will form part of the site based senior leadership team, providing technical advice/assurance across our state-of-the-art site in Victoria.
Your Key Responsibilities- Ensure all facilities programs are executed timely and within quality requirements.
- Manage the site facilities including cleaning, security, contractor management, self-delivery staff and waste management, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
- Drive continuous improvements and efficiencies in the development, implementation and review of safety standards and procedures, including audits.
- Ensure OH&S requirements are met and adhered to at all times.
About You- Tertiary qualification in Facilities / Property Management, ideally underpinned by a tertiary qualification in Electrical or Reliability Engineering.
- Experience as a facilities manager in a distribution centre (DC) or fast-paced environment is ideal.
- Strong working relationships and a proven strategic facilities management approach.
- Asset management knowledge and experience.
- Leadership and motivational skills with a local and national-based contractor and technician network.
- Budget responsibility and budget management experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
