About the Role

Your expertise in assessments, rehabilitation planning, and evidence-based interventions will drive our services, ensuring compliance with audits and excellence in Workplace Rehabilitation. Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the Pre-Employment medicals side of the clinic, ensuring compliance with audits.
  2. Drive the management of Workplace Rehabilitation accounts, delivering exceptional results.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of professionals, promoting excellence and growth.
  4. Collaborate with the QLD State Manager and other locations to ensure a strong network and support system.

Requirements
  • Current registration with AHPRA/ESSA/ASORC/RCAA is essential.
  • Minimum two years' experience working within Workers' Compensation scheme, specialising in either Workplace Rehabilitation or Claims Management.
  • The ability to inspire and guide team members towards excellence, with a proven track record in mentoring team members.
  • Proficiency in assessments, rehabilitation planning, and evidence-based interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities, with a compassionate and client-centred approach to service delivery.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
