Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Support the Engineering Tasks required to complete assigned projects using your strong Engineering background in the Maritime domain.
- Effectively engage and manage stakeholders at all levels, including defence authorities, naval personnel, contractors, and suppliers.
- Identify and assess potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal utilization of resources while maintaining cost control.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust schedules as required.
- Establish quality standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and specifications.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, progress updates, and presentations to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Project Management, specifically within the Defence maritime sector.
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management and Engineering.
- Extensive Experience in Systems Engineering or other relatable Engineering Field.
- In-depth knowledge of defence maritime systems, equipment, technologies, and engineering frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate through changing project requirements and priorities.
- AGSVA Security Clearance - NV1 and above.
