Job Title: Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Prouds Jewellers in North Rocks. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and control stock levels, merchandise, and inventory to ensure optimal sales and profitability
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
