Job Title: Infrastructure Project Lead

We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects from conception through completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct all phases of project development from concept through completion
  • Negotiate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet organizational objectives
  • Supervise the procurement of materials and coordination of subcontractors to guarantee timely project completion
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, health and safety protocols, and environmental regulations
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management and clients
  • Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as necessary to maintain project momentum
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager (minimum 2-4 years)
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of project methodologies, contracts, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
