Job Overview

This is a senior leadership role that requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Engineering Services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards by leading the Engineering Services team.
  • Ensure compliance with asset management policies, strategies, and plans as an asset owner for multiple asset classes.
  • Develop and implement Asset Management Systems and Maintenance Management Systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide authoritative technical advice on complex civil infrastructure designs and oversee project delivery.
  • Manage procurement, contract administration, and budget control to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain high-level consultation and liaison with residents, government agencies, contractors, and elected officials to achieve shared goals.
  • Promote innovation and sustainability in infrastructure planning and delivery to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in engineering project management or a related field.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of asset management principles and practices.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management, including procurement and contract administration.
