Life Enrichment Coordinator

The Meaningful Life Coordinator is a key position within our care community, responsible for developing and implementing meaningful engagement activities that enhance the quality of life for residents. This role requires a deep understanding of person-centred care and the ability to partner with families and the community to provide engaging and enjoyable experiences that cater to individual lifestyle preferences.

• Develop and coordinate meaningful engagement activities that reflect a person-centred model of care, in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Participate in the coordination of new and existing meaningful activities and person-centred engagement, which meet residents' goals, needs, and preferences.
• Coordinate and be responsible for all meaningful life residents' assessments, care plans, resident iCare profiles, and documentation.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to the meaningful life team, volunteers, and students in the care community.
• Conduct monthly team meetings with direct reports and monitor meaningful life team members' performance.

• Certificate III/IV qualification in dementia care, leisure and health, aged care, or leadership, or relevant experience and/or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with strong computer and customer service skills.
• Victorian Driver's Licence.
