Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled laboratory professional to join our team as a Serology Specialist. The successful candidate will work in a microbiologically secure laboratory, supporting the delivery of quality-assured diagnostic testing services for viral pathogens.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve quality assured diagnostic testing services for a range of viral pathogens.
  • Contribute to maintaining accurate and up-to-date test records, ensuring compliance with QA requirements.
  • Work under technical direction, making timely decisions to support operational planning within the team.
  • Provide expert advice to senior staff members on request, utilizing knowledge of serology techniques and practices.
  • Assist with general laboratory maintenance activities, including housekeeping and equipment upkeep.
