We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless service operations in our restaurant.

Job Summary:

  • Supervise the food and beverage service period, prioritizing guest satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
  • Provide genuine and approachable service throughout the entire dining experience, creating a warm atmosphere that puts guests at ease.
  • Understand and cater to the needs of our travelers, guaranteeing an unforgettable experience with every visit.
  • Assist with bar operational tasks as required, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Empower our waitstaff by providing guidance, support, and encouragement, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Maintain the outlet's cleanliness and organization, guaranteeing a pleasant ambiance for our guests.
  • Oversee the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Cultivate relationships with our valued guests, encouraging repeat visits and referrals.
  • Develop and implement engaging team-building activities, reinforcing our Four Points community spirit.

About You:

  • Possess up-to-date RSA certification.
  • Demonstrate relevant experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Hold valid working rights in Australia.
  • Show enthusiasm for advancing your career.
  • Exhibit self-motivation, drive, and energy in fast-paced environments.

The estimated salary for this position is AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
