Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. The primary responsibilities will involve invoicing, processing orders, and providing general administration support.

The role may also require coordinating orders with our factory to branches located in multiple countries.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with us. No prior experience is necessary, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential.

A strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and excellent interpersonal communication skills are required. Experience with Xero is highly regarded but not essential.

  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Xero (highly regarded)
