Key Role:

The Standards Assurance Coordinator plays a crucial role in the development and maintenance of industry standards. This position is responsible for conducting research and documentation, answering technical questions, and managing information requests from stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Communications (60%):

  • Conduct research and document issues related to industry standards.
  • Provide technical answers and guidance on industry standards and assurance.
  • Manage and follow-up on information requests from stakeholders.

Systems Support (25%):

  • Support the preparation of technical information and policies related to industry standards.
  • Assist in the maintenance of systems, including data management and shared resources.
  • Data entry and record-keeping.
  • Assist with scheduling and note-taking.
  • Track and manage stakeholder accreditation status.

General Support (15%):

  • Provide guidance and answer questions on industry standards to all stakeholders.
  • Support other teams as needed, including language interpretation/translation where relevant.
  • Represent the organization at events and conferences.

Requirements:

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an analytical or certification capacity.
  • Demonstrated interest in the organization's vision and mission.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

  • Additional language skills.
  • Native-level proficiency in English, particularly for technical writing.
  • One to two years of certification body experience.
  • At least a College/University degree (B.A. or B.S. or equivalent).
  • Experience working with industry standards or similar frameworks.

Employment Benefits:

Full-Time Position, 40 Hrs a Week, Location: Virtual/Remote, Salary Range: $35,000-$45,000 USD Dependent on experience.
