Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (negotiable)
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our Therapy Pro for Kids multi-disciplinary team. As a Speech Pathologist, you will work with a diverse caseload of children and provide evidence-based practices and strategies to effect positive change.
- Provide developmental assessments, diagnostic reports, and tailored information to empower parents and carers while providing the right support for their child.
- Work with a highly diverse NDIS caseload with children.
- Manage your own caseload and calendar to suit your lifestyle and the needs of your clients.
- Receive ongoing professional development and opportunities for growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality speech pathology services to children and families.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate with other professionals within the therapy team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and clients.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (negotiable), plus additional benefits such as flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
- Experience working with children and families, particularly in the context of early childhood education and intervention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and its application in the context of early childhood education and intervention.
