Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to children from birth to five years.

Your role will involve developing positive relationships with children, their families, and the community. You will also facilitate play-based learning environments that cater to individual needs and abilities.

To be successful in this role, you must have completed a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and have previous on-the-job experience. You should be passionate about working with children of all ages and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality education and care to children in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and the community.
  • Facilitate play-based learning environments that are responsive to children's interests, strengths, and abilities.
  • Document children's learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education.
  • Previous on-the-job experience.
  • Passion for working with children of all ages.
  • Excellent communication skills.
