Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates using outbound expertise
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and deliver high-quality candidates efficiently
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines, ensuring proactive hiring approaches
  • Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing insights on hiring trends and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of recruitment experience in GTM, Sales, or Marketing roles in startup, scale-up, or tech environments
  • Proven track record of success in outbound sourcing and attracting high-caliber talent
  • Agency recruitment experience is a plus, particularly in tech or commercial hiring
  • Creative problem solver with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strategic mindset with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
