We offer fun experiences, camps, and retreats in addition to trusted information, coping tools and a supportive community in hospital, school or online.

About the Role

The Community Fundraising Coordinator is part of our Revenue team, responsible for supporting fundraising events and community activations.

They ensure maximised outcomes and best practice event delivery, coordinating activities and managing stakeholders.

This role involves great variety, with tasks including event coordination, stakeholder engagement and office management.

It is fast-paced and dynamic, primarily focusing on activity in Victoria and Tasmania, while also supporting colleagues interstate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of fundraising events and community activations.
  • Coordinate multiple and varied tasks, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute communication plans.
  • Utilise skills in event management, communications and marketing.
  • Oversee some office management tasks.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in events or community fundraising coordination/delivery.
  • Qualifications in event management, communications or marketing.
  • Training using peer-to-peer fundraising platforms and EDM tools.
