About the Role:
- Manage the daily operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with NQF and WH&S requirements
- Develop strong relationships with your team and families, fostering engagement and collaboration
- Lead the Educational curriculum and mentor the team of teachers & educators
- Actively assist the team by supporting them on the floor (if required)
Requirements:
- Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Children's services
- Minimum 2 years previous Centre Manager experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care
- Current Working with Children check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
