Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to provide support services to participants in a mental health setting. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Indigenous culture and beliefs, as well as mental health and trauma-related behaviors.

The role involves providing care and supports to participants as detailed in their support plans, implementing personal hygiene and infection control procedures, and being alert to signs of distress or apathy. The ideal candidate will be able to adjust tasks to meet the participant's needs, preferences, and priorities, and record all work as per organizational requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
