Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Casual Front of House Superstar to join our team at the Archie Brothers Cirque Electriq venue in Alexandria, NSW. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring that they have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
  • Host a range of functions, including hen's and buck's parties, kid's birthdays, and corporate events.
  • Welcome and engage with our guests, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Work in our bar, serving creative cocktails and delicious food to our guests.
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver an exceptional Funlab experience.
Requirements
  • Uniqueness and a passion for fun.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and positivity.
  • Customer service, hospitality, or retail experience, with a love for building customer rapport.
  • A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests, including teens, kids, and adults.
  • Great availability, including weekends and nights.
  • A valid RSA and Working with Children Check.
