Host/hostess

The Grounds of Alexandria are looking for Venue hosts who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service to all our guests in the Cafe.

Our host teams are experienced in all front of house. They are welcoming, engaging, playful and cheerful ,ready to answer every question, assist and genuinely engage with every guest that comes through our doors **And its days only**

- You know exactly how to read the room and turn those tables like a pro
- You don't need direction and you thrive under high pressure situations.
- Requirements will include:_
- 2+years experience in a customer facing hospitality role;
- Weekend availability ( dealbreaker )
- Confident ability and exceptional first impression
- Determination to seize opportunities to surpass guest expectations and enhance guest experience from the very first moment of contact;
- Positive attitude, flexibility and willingness to be part of a committed team;
- Experience using Sevenrooms will be preferred, but not essential;
- Ability to work under pressure - we get busy
- Other stuff_

This is can be a casual or part time role and all applicants are required to have full working rights.

Applicants will be available to work on weekends and holidays. In return we offer a competitive salary package and freedom to create a unique and memorable guest experience.
