Role Overview

We support our customers' needs by managing the full spectrum of their business requirements. Our goal is to provide a seamless experience for Cash Management and Merchant Solutions products, as well as Customer Lifecycle Management and customer proposition development.

The Transaction Growth and Propositions team aims to bring 'best in class' transaction banking solutions to our customers, meeting their current and future needs. We directly support customers through our Transaction Banking Solutions and Payment Technical Sales teams.

About this opportunity

This role is critical for customer success – focused on building deep transaction banking solution capabilities, and a high performing sales culture across our Transaction Banking Specialists. You'll play a pivotal role in helping our frontline not only deliver solutions but educate customers and key stakeholders on the value of transaction banking solutions in meeting evolving business needs.

You'll drive initiatives that uplift sales performance, capability, and deliver experiences our customers will love. This involves translating product and sales strategy into clear, actionable initiatives that drive banker productivity and deepen customer conversations.

Main responsibilities

  • Translate product and sales strategy into clear, actionable initiatives that drive banker productivity and deepen customer conversations.
  • Equip frontline teams to act as advocates—confidently articulating transaction banking solutions and how they meet customer needs.
  • Identify and close capability gaps using data, feedback, and performance insights.
  • Strengthen consistency in solutioning, deal conversion, and cross-sell across the sales force.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience as a Sales Enablement Specialist or similar role in sales training.
  • Relevant experience in Transaction Banking or a related financial services environment with demonstrated AI usage.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop high-quality pitch and proposal documentation tailored to customer needs.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and proven experience in creating sales tools and resources.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and work across the seams.
