The Sanitation Supervisor is pivotal in upholding the cleanliness and sanitation protocols at our manufacturing facility. Collaborating closely with both Operations and Contracted Cleaning teams, you will ensure that the highest standards are consistently maintained. You will be part of a dedicated team with a proud history of producing our cherished breakfast cereals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that our manufacturing facility adheres to the necessary sanitation standards through cleaning validations, development and compliance with sanitation checklists, and management of chemical usage.
  • Oversee the facility's master sanitation schedule and staffing assignments for both packing and processing lines to guarantee compliance with established standards.
  • Conduct pest control assessments.
  • Support the operations team by ensuring adherence to quality assurance daily KPIs on a shift-by-shift basis.
  • Promote the integration of lean manufacturing practices across all Supply Chain functions.

Qualifications for Success:

  • A degree in Food Science/Technology or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in quality assurance, food safety, or production roles within a food manufacturing setting is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sanitation and housekeeping standards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
  • Strong influencing skills to engage a diverse range of personnel in upholding sanitation requirements.
