Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Human Capital Leader to spearhead the HR function of our organization. This pivotal role involves overseeing key IR and ER functions, coaching and mentoring managers in implementing effective HR policies and practices, as well as driving performance management processes.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing HR functions in highly regulated industries, coupled with qualifications in HR or related fields. They should possess strong leadership and people management skills, including providing strategic direction and resolving team issues, as well as experience in learning & development, workforce planning, or attraction and retention strategies at a senior level.

This critical position requires the selected candidate to have in-depth knowledge of relevant Acts, Awards, and Legislation principles and hold tertiary qualifications in HR, Organisational Development, or other relevant fields.
