Aged Care Director Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Clinical Services Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality care services.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a registered nurse with strong leadership skills and a passion for aged care to make a real difference in people's lives.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and evaluate resident care needs to ensure individualized care plans are implemented.
- Develop and implement clinical care programs that improve resident outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to staff to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
- Maintain high standards of clinical governance, quality improvement, and auditing.
In this role, you will work closely with our Residential Aged Care Manager to drive excellence in care delivery and promote a positive learning environment for staff.
To be successful in this position, you will require a strong clinical background, at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, and qualifications as a registered nurse with current AHPRA registration.
