As a key member of the ALH Hotels team, you will have the opportunity to lead with passion and drive business growth. This exciting role will see you take on a leadership position, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Queens Tavern.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and train a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage the venue's operations, including opening and closing procedures, back-of-house administration, and staff recruitment and rostering
  • Drive business growth through creative initiatives and strategic planning
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve financial and business targets

Requirements:

  • Proven hospitality leadership experience, preferably in a food and beverage environment
  • Ability to lead, develop, and coach a large, multi-skilled team
  • Operational experience in achieving financial and business targets
  • Highly developed customer service skills
  • Current industry RSA and Approved Managers Card
