The role of an Industrial Electrician is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong technical skills and leadership abilities.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a small maintenance team and providing electrical support to ensure efficient maintenance and repairs across our operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating activities of the maintenance team, developing and maintaining maintenance schedules and work orders, performing electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on equipment, wiring, and fixtures, conducting inspections to identify hazards and necessary repairs, and maintaining records of work completed and safety inspections undertaken.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Current Electrician Licence and Registration: You must hold a current electrician's licence and registration to be considered for this role.
- Industrial Electrical Experience: You must have at least 3 years of experience as an industrial electrician.
- Leadership Abilities: You must have the ability to lead a small team and provide guidance and support to your colleagues.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You must have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Control and Safety Circuits: You must have experience with control and safety circuits.
