Key Job Responsibilities

This role is focused on the management of maintenance activities at our Adelaide facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring equipment and facilities run efficiently, minimizing downtime while championing safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

  • Manage daily duties of 1 facility and a team of 6 staff.
  • Supervise production team in the swap shed.
  • Supervise team and ensure tasks are assigned per work orders for the maintenance and servicing of production plants, customer installations, tankers, and ISOs.
  • Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on all systems to ensure effective operation of equipment.
  • Record all assets and maintenance requirements in Pronto, MEX, and Supagas's Safety Management System.
  • Guide and influence team members, fostering their growth in both performance and knowledge.
  • Champion workplace safety by identifying and addressing risks. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with HSE and operating procedures, and in line with the Supagas Quality and Safety Management Systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Current and valid Forklift licence.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a small team of trade-based professionals.
  • Skilled in the use of computer systems, including data management tools and safety software.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and influence effectively across various levels of the organization.
