Position Overview
At I-MED, we prioritize teamwork and the delivery of exceptional healthcare services to every patient consistently.
We are currently seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our collaborative team. This role involves a contract opportunity where you will be working in a supportive environment.
The successful candidate will be scheduled Monday through Friday, with shifts ranging from 7am to 6pm, including on-call duties.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Technologist, your primary duties will include:
- Executing all facets of Nuclear Medicine/PET, which encompasses radiopharmaceutical preparation and Quality Control procedures, adhering to the highest standards.
- Delivering outstanding patient care and service consistently.
- Fostering and maintaining strong professional relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues, and management.
- Upholding and promoting the highest quality and safety standards within the practice.
Ideal Candidate Profile
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- Proven ability to conduct high-quality Nuclear Medicine examinations independently.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of healthcare professionals and corporate staff.
- A tertiary qualification in Nuclear Medicine.
- AHPRA Registration and a valid radiation license.
