Job Overview

As a Senior Development Manager, you will oversee a talented team of Development Managers, Assistant Development Managers, and Graduates. Your extensive experience will be instrumental in executing strategies from site acquisition and funding to product concept and feasibility analysis.

You will collaborate closely with the Sales & Product Manager to devise effective sales and marketing strategies and partner with the Construction Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with project concepts to meet pre-sales targets and drive revenue.
  • Oversee a talented team including Development Managers, Assistant Development Managers, and Graduates.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Guide the construction delivery and settlement processes.
Requirements
  • A degree in Property Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to work within development strategies, challenging concepts to achieve team objectives.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong passion for property development, with a keen interest in market intelligence and successful sales strategies.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders both internal and external.
  • Demonstrated success in a similar role with a strong track record.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident yet humble demeanour.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to embrace feedback and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
