Job Title: CRM Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Training Specialist to design, deliver, and manage comprehensive training programs that enhance user proficiency and maximize adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging training sessions (virtual, in-person, small group, and one-to-one coaching) to equip users with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Design and create comprehensive training resources, including quick reference guides, FAQs, videos, and maintain a user knowledge base to facilitate easy access to information.
  • Conduct assessments to measure CRM competency, identify gaps, and refine programs based on feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Train stakeholders on core Dynamics 365 functionalities: lead management, sales automation, customer service, reporting, and dashboards to optimize business performance.
  • Promote continuous learning by sharing updates, best practices, and delivering refresher and advanced training sessions to keep users up-to-date with the latest developments.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience delivering training and educational programs for Microsoft Dynamics 365 in large organizations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
  • Excellent training & presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Experience developing high-quality training materials (videos, manuals, workshops) to engage and motivate learners.
  • 2–5 years' hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with patience and adaptability for diverse learner backgrounds and the ability to think creatively.
  • Comfortable delivering training across multiple regions and time zones, using digital tools to track progress and assessments.
