**The Client**:
Gybe Consulting is recruiting for a global powerhouse within their industry and a brand name envied by their competitors. This business is a true embracer of digital and continually looks to innovate and lead as opposed to follow and react to others. Joining some of the most talented marketers in their field, the CRM Specialist will be given autonomy to consistently improve the performance of their direct marketing channels.
**The Role**:
This is a newly created role will be responsible for CRM planning, execution, testing program, measurement, and reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for implementing the CRM Strategy
- Working with Marketing Managers to develop CRM activations for their campaigns
- Adopting a "test, analyse and optimise" approach to campaigns to ensure that the team is always improving
- Identifying CRM process improvements
- Reporting on CRM KPIs, performance, lessons and wins to key stakeholders
**Required Experience**:
To be considered for this role, technically we are looking for someone who has a solid understanding of CRM systems and using CRM to drive business results. You will have at least 2+ years experience in a CRM related role including record of experience with A/B testing in eDM or other direct channels. Culturally, we are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership in their role, can work autonomously and displays highly developed problem-solving skills.
