About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Territory Manager to join our team in Adelaide. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Trade sales/Construction industry.

You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and to utilise your knowledge and expertise to provide valuable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow key accounts with existing and targeted customers
  • Maintain the network and relationship within the Trade Sales/Construction industry
  • Leverage relationships and market intelligence via networking and industry engagements
  • Develop new business opportunities, tailoring Dulux's value propositions
  • Be considered the subject matter expert about the products

Requirements:

  • Strong sales acumen and demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
  • Experience within the construction sales Industry will be highly regarded
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to harness established customer relationships and create new business opportunities
  • Relevant computer skills with the ability to learn
  • Great energy and enthusiasm with a genuine, down-to-earth attitude
