Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Water Servicing Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working on major projects pertaining to the design of water infrastructure for transportation and community development projects. This role offers flexible work arrangements and can be based in either Sydney or Wollongong.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to design innovative solutions to meet their needs and community expectations
  • Data analysis, interpretation, and assessment to achieve project goals
  • Design coordination and submission of proposals ensuring relevant timeframes and budgets are met
  • Attendance at project/client meetings and engaging in community consultation
  • Undertaking field work and site inspections
Requirements

To be successful for this role, you'll need:

  • Demonstrated experience within a Water Servicing Coordinator role
  • A demonstrated design background
  • Previous experience in project management on water projects
  • Strong understanding of water policies and procedures
  • Previous experience with relevant computing packages including AutoCAD, and MS packages (Excel, Word, Project)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
