Container Loader/Unloader Role

We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Container Loaders/Unloaders. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth movement of goods through our supply chain.

In this position, you will be responsible for loading and unloading containers using manual and mechanical equipment. You will also ensure that all products are securely stored and conduct inspections for damage.

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential, as well as adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborating with the team to meet loading and unloading targets is also an important aspect of this role.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting, although this is not essential. You will need to be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks safely.

This is a casual contract with full-time hours available. The pay rate is competitive, and we offer incentivized pay rates based on productivity. We also provide comprehensive training and development programs to help you grow in your career.

You will be working in different locations, including Eastern Creek, Erskine Park, Kemps Creek, Orchard Hills, Blacktown, and Marsden Park. The shift times vary between 6am and 10am, with some weekend availability required.

  • Lifting up to 30kgs
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Forklift license (preferred)
