Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the origination and execution of landmark M&A transactions across all sectors.

The ideal candidate will have relevant M&A experience with a deep understanding of M&A transactions and processes, as well as strong organizational and project management skills. Additionally, they will have excellent communication skills and be able to articulate complex advice to clients clearly and succinctly.

Responsibilities
  1. Support the origination and execution of landmark M&A transactions across all sectors.
  2. Coordinating sell- and buy-side process planning and execution.
  3. Due diligence of acquisition targets and market research.
  4. Support the review and negotiation of deal documentation.
  5. Participation in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches.
Requirements
  • Relevant M&A experience with deep understanding of M&A transactions and processes.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multi-task.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Have strong quantitative skills including extensive experience with financial models and valuation techniques.
  • Strong communication skills and able to articulate complex advice to clients clearly and succinctly.
