The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team is a strategic partner to Google's Ads business, ensuring smooth operations and growth. As a key member of this team, you will lead the Ecosystems and Enablement Product Go-To-Market team in APAC, working closely with regional leadership, global product solutions leadership, and country sales teams.
Your primary responsibility will be to nurture and develop the APAC Agency and 3P ecosystem, designing and deploying regional programs focused on commercial agreements, privacy, readiness, and brand safety. You will also build sales and agency capabilities in priority areas, acting as a critical thought partner to Regional Leadership for domain-specific challenges.
As a seasoned professional, you will bring a commercial mindset to the role, leveraging market intelligence to inform internal strategy and driving revenue growth through regional deals programs. Additionally, you will lead privacy, regulatory readiness, and brand safety initiatives, developing forward-looking strategies in partnership with global and country teams.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. They will be a strategic thinker, capable of synthesizing complex information and providing clear guidance to cross-functional teams. If you have experience working in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate advisory roles, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Mobilize partners and agencies to advocate for Google solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to advance Google's strategic agenda with third-party and industry groups.
- Develop and operationalize forward-looking strategies in areas including privacy, regulatory readiness, and brand safety.
- Provide thought-leadership to the APAC leadership team, contributing to annual planning and diagnostics where required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate advisory roles.
- 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- MBA or Master's degree in a management, technical, or engineering field.
- Experience influencing people across functions and managing virtual teams within a large organization.
- Understanding of Google's Ads products, sales teams, and relevant customer and competitive landscapes.
