  • Ensure professional interaction with customers, guests, and coworkers.
  • Maintain quality standards using technical data for maintenance, inspection, servicing, troubleshooting, repair, modifications, fueling, and defueling.
  • Familiarize yourself with Quality Control systems and procedures.
  • Utilize resources effectively.
  • Knowledgeable of Federal Aviation Regulations (CFR parts 43, 91, and 145; and 135).
  • Complete aircraft maintenance paperwork and forms.
  • Support Aircraft Crew Chief with shift turnover requirements.
  • Collaborate with Customer Project Supervisor to achieve objectives.
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices.
  • Focus on Human Factors in the workplace.
  • Observe company rules, regulations, safety policy, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support corporate mission and vision.

Aircraft Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • APU Operation qualified.
  • Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Read and interpret aircraft diagrams, charts, and schematics.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds.
  • No allergies to fuels, oils, hydraulic fluids, and cleaning solvents.
  • Work and bend in a confined workspace.
  • Manual dexterity required for technician.
  • Ability to repeatedly enter and exit aircraft using stationary steps/stairs.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced using computers and aircraft software.
