The Opportunity:

  • Develop technical knowledge of equipment.
  • Provide timely responses to cases.
  • Analyse data from different sources to support problem resolution.
  • Combine practical experience with machine data and analytics to develop alerts.
  • Investigate product issues at customer and/or dealer locations.
  • Lead and participate in collaborative training events to improve knowledge levels.

You are an energetic self-starter with expertise in technology, who takes pride in your work and environment.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to read and comprehend technical schematics and diagnostic procedures.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Commitment to attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with metric-driven results.
  • Willingness to travel to provide problem resolution on complex issues.

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Being a strong communicator, who thrives on solving problems and working in a team environment.
  • Experience with diagnosing electrical systems found on off-road equipment.
  • Experience working with CAN Communication Systems on vehicles.
  • Knowledge of service operations.
  • Product knowledge and functional experience with equipment.

Education / Experience:

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following fields.

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technology, or other related fields.
