Job Opportunity: Interim CEO

The Goulburn Valley Libraries Board seeks a seasoned leader to fill the position of Interim Chief Executive Officer. This is a unique opportunity for an individual to provide stability and leadership during a transitional period.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic and operational leadership to ensure the smooth operation of the organisation;
  • Maintaining organisational stability by supporting staff and working closely with the Board;
  • Reporting to the Board and progressing existing strategic priorities;

The ideal candidate will possess senior leadership and management experience, strong governance knowledge, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in leading teams through change, as well as operational experience related to public libraries or services, would be highly regarded.
