Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Power Apps Development lead to join our team. As a senior member of the development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions using Microsoft Power Apps. These solutions aim to streamline business processes, enhance user experiences, and optimize workflows within organizations.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that you provide accurate and timely updates on your work progress to team leads. Additionally, you will manage small teams of developers, assign tasks to them, and ensure that best practices are being followed.

You will also report on progress to clients and manage issues, blockers, and escalations. Furthermore, you will have firsthand experience leveraging copilot using it to prebuild applications using natural language. You will be familiar with its key features, integrations capabilities via APIs, deployment, security, and privacy controls, customization options, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Design and Develop Applications: Design and develop applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
  • Integration and Customization: Integrate apps with data sources like Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and Dynamics 365. Customize components, layouts, and workflows to meet organizational needs
  • Analytical Skills: Analyze systems to identify inefficiencies and provide innovative solutions
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate effective communication and analytical critical thinking skills
