Job Title: Microsoft Power Apps Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Microsoft Power Apps Developer to drive the technical development and implementation of Canvas (Power) Apps solutions across the organization. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, a passion for technology, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable business applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of Canvas (Power) Apps projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
  • Architect and design innovative solutions using Canvas Apps to meet complex business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Canvas Apps solutions into the broader enterprise ecosystem.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers and other team members on Canvas Apps best practices.
  • Conduct regular code reviews, solution assessments, and ensure adherence to quality standards and Microsoft Power Platform governance.
  • Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and updates within the Microsoft Power Platform to continuously enhance team capabilities.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ experience in developing and deploying Canvas (Power) Apps solutions for diverse business use cases.
  • Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Canvas Apps and related services.
  • Strong experience in designing and implementing complex workflows and data integrations using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within the Power Apps environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide teams and interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality, reliable Power Apps solutions on time.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400)
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure services
  • Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies
