Elders Rural is seeking a talented and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Riverina Hills team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth, exceeding earning targets, and building strong relationships with clients.

About the Role

As a Branch Manager, you will be entrusted with managing all aspects of branch operations, including Retail, Agency, Livestock & Wool, and leading a team of sales staff to achieve success. Your expertise in team management, sales, and marketing will enable you to inspire and motivate your team to maximize their potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and exceed earning targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide personalized recommendations and strengthen their businesses
  • Cultivate new sales opportunities to strengthen Elders Rural's presence in the market
  • Drive the marketing and promotion of all Elders Rural products
  • Prioritize the safety of staff and clients, and actively contribute to Elders Rural's zero-harm culture
  • Coach and mentor staff in identifying and developing new sales opportunities

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

A proven track record in sales and marketing with a strong understanding of agricultural servicesStrong knowledge of livestock and agency operationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a collaborative and agile environmentResourcefulness, forward thinking, and a passion for effecting real change for clients and the communityUnderstanding of the importance of people as our most valuable assetAbility to provide high-level customer service and cultivate relationships with clientsSound financial knowledge and strong business acumen
