Expertise in Infrastructure and Deals Tax

This role involves delivering effective solutions that combine technical expertise and strategic insight. As a tax professional, you will collaborate with clients to resolve complex commercial and tax challenges.
- Support the development of investment structures for clients, with a focus on inbound investment strategies, including limited partnerships and taxation of trusts
- Work closely with our Tax and Financial Advisory team to support M&A projects
- Assist clients with M&A activities, including tax structuring, tax due diligence services, and Sale and Purchase Agreements
- Conduct research and analysis on technical tax issues and prepare tax reports
- Ensure client tax compliance, including preparing and reviewing trust and company tax returns
- Engage with the Australian Tax Office (ATO) to obtain rulings for clients, and make submissions on policy matters
- Contribute to business development initiatives and proposals
- Professional tax advisory experience in a Professional Services environment
- Experience delivering complex projects
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships in a dynamic work environment
- Integrity and care for colleagues are essential qualities
